The Vilnius Teaching centre was founded in 1977 as an educational centre for inmates. The centre has the possibility to work according to the following programmes: § Primary school§ Comprehensive school§ Secondary school.

The presentation of the certificate of the secondary educationThe Vilnius Teaching centre is the government-supported institution. It provides the educational process in several penaltary institutions: the prison and the correctional house. The inmates have the possibility to study in the Lithuanian, Polish and Russian languages.The main forms of education in the centre are:permanentexternalself-dependent The Vilnius Teaching Center appreciates several main features in its work:An adult student’s experience;Flexibility;Multinationality (3 native languages are used in teaching process);Democracy;Tolerance. EUROACCION was established as legally as a regional organization in 2001 in Murcia (Spain). EUROACCION is formed by a group of people with strong convictions about experiencing new ways for adult learners, based on the idea that to change the world we have to change education.Euroaccion is very actively involved in several youth mobility programmes such as Youth in Action Programme where the organization is invoved in the realisation of several european youth exchanges, transnational meetings for best practices exchange of youth and social workers as well as coordinating, hosting and sending European Volunteers abroad through Action 2 (European Voluntary Service) of the Youth in Action Programme. Moreover, Euroaccion focusses on the development of quality management in the field of social education and social work as well as on the advanced training of multipliers working in this area. It is also actively involved in promoting Human Rights Education and value-based learning as very important pillars in the lifelong learning process: - performing trainings for young adult regarding Human Rights Education, Conflict resolution, Communication , etc.- workshops for public institutions, non-governmental organizations, teachers, etc.- promoting social change (fighting economical globalization & consumerism) contributing to the breaking of stereotypes regarding migrants, and helping them to learn about our values and rules once they arrived to the hosting society (Spain)

Secondary School No. 22 Bacău operates within the prison of youths and women in New Delhi since 1975 under different names and structures (No. 12 School, Special School No. 22, school of Arts and crafts, School No. 22 (secondary) No. 22).Started as a school with classes affiliated to School No. 2, then became a school in its own right. In the period 2000-2010 (about) worked with the name of the school of Arts and crafts, classes of food preparation, graduates with certificates of employees in catering.Currently, the school includes a number of 93 students-persons deprived of liberty (50 boys aged between 16 and 22 years old, and 44 women aged 24-54 years), from class I-up to 8th, primary school education activity by scrolling within the program "second chance". The school has 18 teachers, and the school is that of a normal school, but with special arrangements, stipulated in the Protocol agreed between the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of education.

The ALMA association promotes, in the penitentiary centres, an educational form correctional for personnel and inmates, using innovative methods. Always within the penitentiary centers, ALMA realizes the activation of laboratories of theater, music, writing, etc.The association works also to: promote processes on the legality in various italian courts; assist victims of crime; assist the families of prisoners in social and cultural activities; collaborate, with several Italian and international universities, in activities of study and research in the field of criminology.ALMA has attended at some projects, addressed to realize permanent educational paths for inmates, trainers and all penitentiary personnel, in order to develop in the prisons an innovative education programme. The action of association is configured as a bridge between the outside and the inside of the penitentiary system which, through right support actions, is able to give formal and no formal education. This aim is pursued with new education practices that use the e-learning method.
